Nails Under The Sun (aka N.U.T.S) was established in 1992 in a small store front downtown Grayslake, Illinois with one Nail Technician/Owner and a few Tanning Beds. Since then, we have grown into a full service salon, expanding into a larger place located on Route 83 (our current home) and adding Nikki’s Place in 1999. Since then, we’ve expanded our staff and now offer an array of services (hair, nails, makeup application, waxing, tanning and ear candling) and products.
Specializing in acrylic nail sculpturing, we use only the latest products by Creative Nail, OPI and Zoya. Our nail services offer anywhere from the basic manicure and pedicure to our spa treatments including OPI Paraffin Dips.
Whether your looking for a new look or have a special occasion, we offer custom makeup application using bePRO makeup products.
Along with our Super Tanning Beds, we offer custom Airbrush Tanning using Fake Bake self-tanning products. Our knowledgeable staff is here to service all of your beauty needs!
